Cornerstone Health Community works with commercial payors and medicare. For in-network members, all medical visits are billed to insurance. An additional plan fee is charged to cover the preventative screening, nutrition coaching, technology, operations, and care coordination costs that enable us to deliver our high-quality care. Regardless of insurance coverage, our plans are HSA/FSA eligible.
