Meet Heather Smallwood, PA-C

Heather Smallwood PA-CHeather Smallwood, PA-C earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Colorado State University before completing a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at South University in Tampa, Florida in 2017.

With extensive experience in family medicine, Heather is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. She is passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being by addressing their unique needs.

Her expertise includes preventative healthcare, as well as the management of acute and chronic conditions.

Heather works in close collaboration with Dr Mote and our Functional Medicine model of care while serving our patients’ Primary Care and Family Medicine needs.

Outside of her professional practice, Heather enjoys exploring the Colorado outdoors with her spouse and two children. She is an avid hiker, mountain biker, and skier.
