Depression can be something that is overlooked in our society. In the month of October, depression is nationally acknowledged to bring awareness and recognition to this condition. Symptoms of Depression
Loss of interest or pleasure in doing things
Feeling down, depressed, or hopeless

Appetite change- either decreased appetite or overeating

Moving or speaking slowly, or being restless
Thoughts that you would be better dead or thoughts of hurting yourself
Treatment
There are multiple ways to treat depression, including medication and non-medication therapies. Medication and supplements are both very effective to help treat depression.
